Verizon ran a cable line across my property for my neighbor to get service. They damaged my invisible fence line. I reported the damage and they sent out someone to fix it and it's still broken. I called the help line and reported the damage on 3 separate occasions and was told someone would contact me to resolve the problem. On my last call it was suggested that I have the fence fixed and file a claim. I'm unsure where to send the bill.
