Have searched previous examples of this issue but can't log in with multiple computers and browsers.
I have deleted cache and cookies. I have used different browsers. I have reset my router. I am still having this trouble when I attempt to log into the Verizon site.
Any suggestions?

ok, so I'm in now...why? Because I had to register a community log in to post the above comment. The verizon.com log in didn't work but once I created an account to post that my log in didn't work, I was able to get to my account details which seems....insane? that shouldn't work like that. Is the community page log in going to stop working at some point and then I'm completely locked out?
