there is a verizon utility pole outside of my house in the backyard that is broken and is bound to fall.
I have reached out to the electrical company and other utility companies and they have advised me that I need to contact Verizon.
When the team came out an said it was a “ hazard”and would be sent to the manager. That was a few weeks ago.
They also mentioned the wires were old copper telephone wires and obsolete.
It’s very frustrating that there hasn’t been any follow up. When i call the
main number it begins the agonizing process all over again
