Dear Verizon,
I am writing to follow up on a previous report I made regarding a utility pole that fell on my property. A technician arrived but did not remove the pole, and despite multiple attempts to contact Verizon for assistance, no further action has been taken.
Unfortunately, the pole has now caused significant damage to my fence. I kindly request that you arrange for the immediate removal of the pole and address the damage it has caused to my property.
Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried calling the local utility emergency number, if there is one for your area, or 911? It's possible the pole doesn't have any Verizon equipment on it which would explain the tech coming out but doing nothing.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
