Hello, 
 
I am writing to you on behalf of the NYCDDC, The DeMatteis Organization and AZAR Design Co. and am in search of all utility records in and around the property in question. 
 
I have an authorization letter from the NYCDDC and an overall site map highlighting the areas where information is needed.

Please send any utility information from these areas to [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] or direct me to the proper people to discuss this with.
