i have tried for too many days to get hold of anyone that was HUMAN , then impossible to get ANYONE that gould actually HELP with my issue!!! when they installed the "GREEN VERIZON BOX" in my front yard...#1- never ASKED ,#2- UNWANTED, They BROKE my water drainage pipe exit end that comes from my back yard to the street. and Burried it!! .
this is a horrible cust. experiance..no resolution in site, kicking this can down the road..transfering me all over the place. and each place stating they are the wrong dept.
at this point ( after 4+ hr. on the phone)i am feeling i should just CUT THEIR CABLES in that box...and see who comes to FIX THEM... then HAVE THEM REPAIR MY DRAIN !!!! perhaps that would be the only way to get the CORRECT departments attention.
