150 Dollar Verizon Giftcard Never Received!!

I recontracted Verizon Fios Triple Play and was to receive a $150 Verizon Wireless Gift Card after 90 days of service.  It's now four months later, and I have not received the gift card. I've called Verizion Customer Service and was instructed to call other contact numbers, and still no one can resolve this matter. I could not talk to anyone at the number they gave me.  I'm tired of getting the run around.  Any help?

Below is the September 6, 2017 email

Thanks for being a loyal customer. As part of your recent Fios® order, you are eligible to receive a $150 Verizon Wireless gift card. Your new card begins processing 65 days after your new Fios service agreement begins.

Keep track of your reward:

  • After 65 days of service, we'll send you an email letting you know that we've started processing your reward.
  • We'll ship your reward to your service address via USPS within 90 days of your activation.
