Verizon fios is offering a $200 Prepaid visa gift card to its customers. The email provides a link to redeem the card, but the link doesn't lead to a registration screen or to a "reward card image". I've attempted to register to redeem this offer for two days now, 8/27 and 8/28. The offer ends on 8/28 and I was told through live chat I would have to wait until tomorrow (8/29) to speak to someone who could actually help me. Is there anything else I should do to try to receive this offer? It seems that verizon is trying to make it nearly impossible to sign up for and redeem the offer.
