$200 Gift Registration card issue!!!

This appears to be a consistent issue with many members on the forum, and I am now experiencing same. Every time I try to register for the $200 gift card award from the link in my account, it gives me the errors that says “Our apologies. Due to a system issue, your registration was not successful. Please try again later.” PLEASE HELP!!!! I don't have hours to try and perform this!!!
