I was promised a $300 Verizon Visa Prepaid Card with my new service a month ago. Last week when I looged into my account a message stated I had to register within 60 days to get the card, however the link did not work. I called my building rep and was told to use the app, however I don't see that option on the app...and the link on the website is no longer there. I call support and sat on wait for over 30 minutes and had to leave. How do I register to get this card?
