Somehow, the cached password in my browser (which I use to check mail while at work) got cleared. I didn't initially want to reset it since that would mean changing the stored password on all 3 other devices - and I thought I knew my password. Apparently not.
Now I cannot log into my Verizon account. I have gone through the Password Reset process, but it doesn't seem to recognize my zip code (which hasn't changed in 20 years).
PLEASE HELP - This is incredibly aggravating!
