Got an email from verizon stating that I had updated my credential, which I had not, and it showed an email address that did not belong to me.
Tried to login to my verizon account online and stated that to many wrong attempts and it was locked.
Attempted unlocking procedure through PIN acquisition several time to no avail.
Contacted verizon and had them reset the password and still nothing.
Being told it will take two months to fix. Really two months without email or webmail, that is a little ridiculous. Been a customer for over 10 years and can not access my email for two months, that is unacceptable.
Anyone had any luck on fixes?
