We have a Verizon owned utility pole that serves neighbors on both sides of us. However it is located more towards one side of our yard, resulting in a long run of both the Verizon cable and the power company’s line to the neighbor on the west side. The lines are going to be in the way for a renovation project we want to complete on our house. If we could a new additional pole installed on the other side of the yard to serve that neighbor it would solve the problem. How do I go about getting this done? Assume new easements need to be made? Who does all this?
