All my email folders have disappeared. I can still move mail to folders but can't find the folders to view content. All left column tabs are gone. Help!!!
I had the same problem and went to email help page, live chat. They used remote access and fixed the problem in about 5 minutes. Good luck

and can't get full screen of email on iPad.
Without a screenshot to see what exactly is going on, we can only guess at the issue. My *guess* is that the zoom level on your browser has been adjusted. Most browsres have a built-in zoom adjust when you hold the CTRL key and scroll the mouse wheel. (I do this all the time accidentally.)
Try holding the CTRL key and scrolling down with your mouse wheel. This should zoom out, and hopefully fix the frames.
If not, please try adding a screenshot of what you are seeing, and we'll go from there.
Just upgraded to Win 8.1 and IE 11 and had the same problem.
With IE open and logged into Verizon email, go to "Tools" drop down menu in IE and select "Compatibility View settings". Resolved my view folders in left pane problem immediately.

Thank you for this solution. I had same problem, upgraded to 8.1 and IE 11 and folders disappeared. I had tried everything else without success and your solution resolved the issue. WOW
I hve now discovered that I need to uncheck the "delete browsing history on exit" under internet options. Otherwise I have to reset the above items. This must be new in the IE 11. It did not happen in older browsers. I have always emptied my search history on exit in the past.
This is not good!!!

Thanks for your help on this. I had the same problem on my windows 8.0 desktop. I never notice the problem untili I did the 8.1 upgrade. My folders are back now and I did not have to have Version gon on my workstation. I hate loading remote software on my workstation .
Note: I also have a laptop that was upgraded to 8.1 and I did not have the problem.
I cant find my saved mail folder its gone.
This resolved my problem. All folders can be seen now.
