I keep trying to redeem my Amazon Prime promotion, but I am having issues: I already have Amazon Prime but I am aware that my following year's membership fee will be waved by Verizon as a result of the promotion. When I attempt to redeem the Amazon Prime promotion from "My Verizon" it tells me that there was a problem applying my promo code and that I must click the link in order to switch to my Prime membership. After clicking the link, I end up in the "My Account" section of Amazon with no way to apply the promo. Could someone please assist me?
