Bait-n-Swtich: not honoring my online order

Below is what I signed-up for when I did my online renewal to another 24 months. I was going to cancel my service, but I saw the special rate for renewal. I did it twice, both times is showing me the $101.97.

Instead I am getting the $141.97 for 1-6 months and $165.97 from 7-24 months.

I am now under contract for another 24 months with a higher amount after 6 months.

I have attached the screenshot of what I ordered. After many chat essions and talking to a live person Susan {edited for privacy}. Sent the below screenshot to Susan, and Susan will respond back in 24-48 hours to see if they can honor this.

Yes, I got the email, but it was for the higher price of the $141.

48 hours later, no calls or emails.

I just wait for someone from Verizon to respond?

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
