Broken utility box DANGEROUS

I have a Verizon utility box that fell years ago on my property. We do not have Verizon service. We have contacted Verizon for years and never get any response. Wires are exposed and the ground is saturated making it dangerous for the children in our neighborhood. Can somebody help?
