Can not claim Reward, vzrewards site nonresponsive

I cannot reach the site vsrewards

Tried the suggested solutions, tried several services, locations and devices.

Chat had no solution.

Recieved 2 emails from verizon reminding me to claim reward.

My Verizon dashboard works and directs me to claim reward at this nonfuctioning site.

So what is up?

This seams to be a systemic problem, found multiple postings with this problem, looks like a serous pr issue, promises promises. Why does the customer have to deal with this?
