This has been going on for a week. I know I have a bill coming up soon. I was on Chat with a CSR for almost an hour and was told see below. I cleared my cookies and cache on 2 different browsers. The went to another computer and tried from there still same error message "Bill & Payment We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later"
How is this even acceptable? Verizon, fix your website if you want to get paid.
