Can't Redeem Gift Card

Good Evening,

Like others, I can't complete the process to redeem my Verizon Gift Card.  I either get sent to a blank page, or a new tab opens back at "My Account".  Could someone please assist or direct me to the correct place?  Thanks for assistance!

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Response times may vary.
