I am unable to redeem my Amazon Prime/Echo reward. For the last month my account has shown that I could redeem both the free Amazon Prime and Echo items on 1/10.
Today I received two emails to redeem the offer.



When I clicked on the "Let's Go" link I got an error message that this isn't a valid link.
I went into my account and now the notifications for the Prime rewards are completely gone.
I'm not going to sit on the phone on hold for an hour (current wait time) just for another phone agent to lie to me about fixing it when they actually don't do anything...
I need someone who can actually get this resolved to help me.
