I got gigabit internet installed late last year and Verizon offered me $300 in Verizon Gift cards split into $200 and $100 both available to redeem earlier this month. I got an email reminder to redeem them and when I go to the home offers tab, I see both under “Ready to redeem” but when I click on either promo I see a “missing_vz_jwt” error. Contacted chat first and they could not help, reset cookies, try other browsers, and still nothing. Forward me to a special Verizon offers number where I sat in a queue for ~ half an hour twice and gave up to come here. Just looking for answers and redemption of the offers that were promised for signing up for this service!
