Hi! I can't redeem a $100 verizon gift card which I was promised by an online agent 2 months ago.
Clicking on "$100 verizon gift card" on https://www.verizon.com/consumer/myverizon/homeoffers brings me to either:
1. {"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"} or
2. Sorry. We could not find a matching record for the account information provided. (https://rewards.verizon.com/page-sorry-no-record.php)
Can somehow help me out? Thank you
