I placed my Samsung offer for Google Chrome one month ago, it said by that time that order had been backordered, expected to serve by Nov. 25. By Wednesday Nov 28 I checked for status and found out that my order was not found at Samsung page, and I had received in fact the invoice and order confirmation by October 30th.
even worse, Verizon offer code was not available to place a new order because it said it had been used before. Can somebody tell me that I haven't been cheated and this is an error that will be corrected ASAP
It has also been extremely difficult or impossible to contact a Verizon or Samsung representative for help.
