Can’t redeem xbox $50 reward

Hello,

I have had the same issue as many other people in being unable to claim the $50 xbox e-gift card reward. Every time I try, I get: “{"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}.” I have tried for a week straight now on various browsers and spent over an hour on the phone looping back and forth between customer service and the gift card/promotional department. Please help. Thanks!
