Within the past 2 days (6/20/18) I suddenly cannot log in to my verizon.net email. It says I have an invalid password. I try to find the place where I can change/reset it, and it won't let me enter a recovery phone number. I can get to my yahoo address, but 99% of my usage is with the verizon address. This is months after the supposed migration for which I never got any notice, and in any case it was supposed to let me keep my verizon.net address. There is no way to contact anyone for help; they only do phone and internet now, and Yahoo just redirects me to Verizon. Help, please! I have impoprtant messages I have saved and now cannot access.
