I received an "it's time to claim your offer" email from Verizon on June 2nd. Several times over the past month, I've attempted to redeem, continuously receiving errors such as:
This site can't be reached
sso-pr-east-yz.vpc.verizon.com’s server IP address could not be found.
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
I used Chrome and Firefox, and at least two computers, all to the same effect.
Today I installed My Fios on my android phone and attempted to redeem, receiving a different error:
Sorry we are unable to continue as the requested information is currently not available. Please try again later.
Please provide assistance.
