I Clicked on a Verizon Fios Email yesterday at 8am, at 8:18am it said my contract was renewed. My current contract doesn’t expire until August 2018 there was no need to renew my contract. I called today for some help. The Verizon supervisor was rude and said there was nothing that can be done. Is there anything else I can do besides cancelling my service?
