I've been in search of the direct contact to collections to request a forgiveness on my credit report in exchange for full payment. Its a little over $200. Im working on my credit to buy a house next year and covid affected my ability to pay off this account since I was out of work for so long, I wasn't employed for over 6 moths till recently.
