I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 20 years with my wireless and 20 years (except 3 months about 2 years ago where I tried another carrier) with my internet/tv/phone services. I am about to switch to another carrier because I am beyond frustrated with how I have been treated by Verizon fios. Does anyone know where I can file a complaint about Verizon customer service and customer retention?
