Contract just ended. Xfinity vs Fios vs AT&T

I have 3 days dealing with a simple issue that resulted in my paying more for the same service and losing my dvr. My email address is elsewhere so I have no incentive to stay. Any thoughts on staying vs switching? My options are Comcast or AT&T cable offering. Thanks for your thoughts

I have no experience with AT&T internet services outside of my vehicle data unlimited.

home service? No idea.

go with cable if available. Always walk with your money when service is bad. And don’t sign no contracts or long term commitments.
