Damaged Telecommunications Box with Exposed wires

I am the property manager for a community in Whippany NJ called the Grande at Hanover. There is a damaged telecommunications box at the corner of Meadowbrook Court and Brook Hollow Drive near building #1208. This needs to be repaired asap. Please confirm that a work order will be submitted for this. Thank you,
