There is Verizon utility pole that is damaged and the Verizon phone lines are laying across the fence and yard of our business. Multiple calls to Verizon have been unsuccessful and I have yet to speak with an individual that even remotely seemed to know what to do with the information. All phone numbers proved when I escalated my calls were to invalid or unable to connect from "my area". Our local Fire Department has roped off the area as a public danger, but they said it was up to Verizon to repair.
Please help!
