The Verizon Fios wire from the pole to my home is down across my neighbor's car and across my driveway. I still have service as there is no break in the wire, however it is a problem because when I log the issue to get a repair ticket the automatic system does not detect an outage so I can't get through to log the issue. My neighbor does not know if it safe to drive his car and I won't be able to get my driveway plowed. Please help!
