Since late June I have been trying to get the wires raised in my backyard from Verizon. They are very low, about 4 feet off the ground and I have 2 small children. We shouldn't be able to touch wires!
There have been 6 tickets open with Verizon and about a dozen Verizon staff have come to my house the past 2 1/2 months. Verizon said that cable and electric need to be raised first. Both cable and electric have raised their wires at the end of July. Both companies were a pleasure to work with btw. Now its Verizon's turn. I have left countless messages for Anna in the Property Owner Complaint Department and she has not returned my call for over a month.
This is frustrating and needs to be resolved ASAP. Can someone please tell me why this is taking so long?
