The concrete cover for a Verizon underground utility box on my property has become dislodged so that the 'hole' is exposed, which presents a danger especially to children. The cover itself could damage car tires in its current position. It is too heavy for me to move. It needs to be bolted to the box so this doesn't happen again. Who can I contact about this?
