Does Verizon's email servers have IPv6 support?

Hello,

Out of pure curiousity, does Verizon's email servers support IPv6 yet? I know that they are seriously lacking when it comes to deployment of IPv6 to residential customers, but do their email servers at least have v6?

If not, is there any plans to lauch IPv6 for VZ's email servers any time in the future? I know google, comcast, and other big name email hosters all support it.

Currently don't appear to have ipv6 addresses.  (nslookup -t=aaaa pop.verizon.net

Its possible Verizon email servers already use IPV6 even though they have no IPV6 addresses.  Remember there is a simple form of ipv6 address for a ipv4 addresses.  Email itself doesn't care about the network being ipv4 or ipv6.

However pretty much every IPV6 only network can reach ipv4 addresses via various schemes such as public ipv4 over ipv6, NAT64, etc. In most cases the two endpoints need not care as its handled by the network providers at connection or peer points.  Most users are still running dual mode for now.
