I am unable to download my e-mail messages on Apple Mail. Have spent time on the phone with Apple and with Verizon and no resolution.
Anybody else have this problem? Using a Mac Version 10.7.5
I am using MAC OS X 10.8.2 and have no problems with mail to the Mac. Are you setup to use port 995 with SSL checked?
Last email I was able to download in Apple Mail was Friday 1/25, but there are a ton in my inbox if I check online. Nothing was updated, no settings were changed, just stopped working. Both Apple and Verizon say its the other's fault but don't explain why. Obviously this is an issue, and not just me.
Help please.
