I have no toolbar or left column. All groups, folders, sent, etc. is gone. How do i get all this back. It disappeared with the 8.1 upgrade.

Turn on compatibility mode in IE for the Verizon websites.
Turn on compatibility mode from tools. You have to add "verizon.com" to your sites. I used verizon In Home Agent to find a person to talk me through it. It worked great and he was very patient with a new Windows 8 user.
