I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE AUGUST OF 2014 FOR MY CERTIFICATE FOR MY "FREE" LG TABLET!!!! I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME THEY EMAILED ME INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RECEIVE MY TABLET. I REFUSE TO KEEP CALLING THEM AND GETTING RUDE BEHAVIOR FROM SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS. I HAVE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 40 YEARS AND WOULD NEVER SPEAK TO PEOPLE THE WAY THEY DO. I AM FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WITH THE NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL. I MAY GO GET THE DISH NETWORK. CANNOT BE WORSE THAN THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
