I do tech support for a laywer's office.
I'm having some problems sending emails from our company email server to Verizon.net email addresses. Verizon.net is claiming our IP address is blocked due to being a dynamic IP address.
This is not the case. We have a static IP address from our ISP.
Can someone please help me with this? I have completed the Verizon.net whitelist request form and still being denied.
