I have been able to change the password for my Main email account.

Now, how do I change the passwords for my subaccounts ?

Probably the same way you did for the primary account. Log into the sub accout you want to change, and change the password.

Where do I find the sub account?  Verizon can't help me.

I'm not sure I understand the question. You create the sub accounts while logged into the Primary account. After they are created, they function as individual accounts.

How do you change the password if you have forgotten it. Every time I try it directs me to my primary password for changes.

Yeah, Verizon changed the all of their posted links to the broken one. They know about the issue, but don't seem to care to do anything to fix it. Go here:

https://www.verizon.net/ssowebapp/alternateAuth/altChoice.jsp

That should allow you to reset your sub account.

If that doesn't work or you don't know the secret answer for the sub account, you'll have to call Verizon Tech Support to reset it for you.
