Does anyone know of an email address that I can use in order to send a complaint to Verizon regarding a customer service representative? The support website on the Verizon website is not allowing me to connect to live chat nor to send an email. The wait time when calling customer support is ridiculously long - like 15 to 20 minutes. I have no interest in waiting on hold again just to have my call answered by an extremely rude, unhelpful employee of Verizon.

Alyssa, I feel your pain. I've been yelled at , sworn at, hung up on, and blatently ignored. I emailed everyone and every department known to verizon with names, times and incidents and nothing happens.
Verizon doesn't care. I know you are angry but there is nothing you can do. They hire crappy employees.
I also need an email address for RUDE customer service.
I have had Verizon phone service and internet for several years and everytime we have a bad storm, the lines go dead..I have called Verizon numerous times, repair tickets are done but yet they are not fixing the problem. All I want is to complain to Verizon via email, which is not available on the website...

As of today, 12-12-28, you can not reach live chat or find an email address through the page you offered.
Perhaps when you posted it, those features were available, but now, no way.
So, people, get out your pen a paper and write a letter. See how that goes.
What email form?
No email form anywhere of the Verizon site.
I have tried calling, but was put on hold for way over an hour and had to give up.
When I try to mkae a call, there is someone on my line speaking in a foreign language. Also when I received a call, my sister in law heard the person speaking in the foreign language.
Could you pleae fix this. It is the first time in years that I had a problem.
Verizon customer service is completely incompetent.

I signed up for home phone service on 2.8.13. Now approx 3 months later I still have a phone line that is un-usable. 3 worthless "technicians" have been to my building and about 12 fruitless phone calls and still I have no expectation for my service to be usable.

Please go to your profile page for the forum by clicking on your name, and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Private Support Cases". There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
We haven't heard back form you on your Private Support Case.

I am so infuriated by Verizon Customer service I am ready to get rid of it and return to Comcast.
Cannot even get an email address to contact them.
If you call the servie number you get 15 minutes of sales pitches and no customer support..
I am beyond fed up with Verizon. First off I should say that I really liked FIOS. (I was so sick of COX's poor service.) However, I moved and it has been a nightmare trying to cancel and them continuing to charge me for service when they did not cancel me (after that long series of questions). I turned my equipment in and called to cancel and they charged me for 3 more months.
I moved more than 100 miles away to an area that did not have Verizon... In fact I had to get directtv which was the only thing my complex allowed.
Verizon would not cancel my account after turning in equipment. Calling multiple times. Finally, I just stopped paying because It was ridiculous... I was on the phone 3 times for more than 45 minutes each time. Finally on the 4th call and 3rd bill, I wouldn't get off the phone until they gave me their name and all the information associated with my cancellation. It was cancelled
I finally paid off the bill and thought I was done. OVER $450 for service I did not use. Now, ONE YEAR LATER... They are asking for the same bill again. I have offered proof, my checking statement. My bank is willing to show them the money is not reversed... However, they are now asking for some form my bank has never heard of.
I have put numerous hours into fixing this and paid my bank for the fee to get a special statement that they think will fulfill Verizon's needs.
Also, I have been on the phone with them and could never get someone that was willing to accept my paperwork... They just insisted that I owed and I needed to talk to the collection agency. (Don't get me started on the collection agency).
I said they are getting there bad information from YOU, so you need to straighten this out. So finally after 3 more long calls with them someone finally gives me a fax number to receive my bank info.
As far as I am concerned, they owe me money back from this ordeal.

I purchased a router from Amazon on 9 Sept. 2020. I turned in my old router to Verizon on 11 Sept. 2020. Now Verizon says the router I purchased belongs to them and they want it back. I contacted Amazon and they state the router belonged to them and was sold legally and too late to return. From Nov. 2020 to now I have contacted Verizon via chat room and phone calls and was assured the matter was taken care of. Now once again Verizon wants their router back or will charge/fine me $100. This is getting ridiculous. Why turn a router into Verizon that I purchased. If I do that I have no router. I need Verizon to resolve this matter. After17 years as a customer Verizon can at least have the professionalism to get back with me. The so called ticket numbers are a farce. Any suggestions.
