Email not sending from cell phone or from computer

Please fix this. Email will not send out.

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was '---------'. What's this mean? This happens again and again. PLease fix.

That error indicates that the address you are sending to is invalid. Is this happening with every message you send, or just the one recipient?
