My email is not working properly. I cannot read my mail because it won't scroll down to where the body of the msg. is. I also tried to us the "reply" to see if I can use that space and I cannot.
I have used a private firm and also a verizon tech (I suppose from India) as I could barely understand him. In both instances when they opened my mail there wasn't a problem and as long as they were remotely in my computer I could my mail as well as sending a reply. When they finished and hung up I was still unable to use the email properly. Any solutions out there?
