Email storage full

I keep on receiving emails saying my email storage is full. I delete all of my emails. I have a few folders with maybe 20 emails total.

I have a MAC and deleted my emails on Outlook. About 30,000+ that I didn't even know were being saved. Are they being saved elsewhere???

This is so stupid and frustrating at the same time. I don't want to not receive important emails.

Logon to the web email service and check http://webmail.verizon.com

If you don't see anything you will have to contact Verizon to have them look at what is the problem.
