Then under conversations there should be an arrow pointing either > or < . Click the arrow once and let us know. If this does not help I would contact customer service or try a differnent browser such as fire fox http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
the folders are not accesable from my laptop and I am having trouble turning that on. I thought that i found it once but it did.nt save the setting now i can't even find that page please help
