I singed up for services and was told I would receive a free echo, $300 off a sound bar, and a grub hub gift card. I have received two of the three offers the one I am having issues with is the echo. I logged into the app and started a chat, the employee I spoke with was only interested in trying to get me to buy products and services I didn't want. Then the employee tried to mislead me into redeeming the sound bar promotion in order to get the echo. I expressed I didn't want the bar and that it would cost me money I didn't want to spend. The employee tried to mislead me into thinking the promotion covers the entire cost of the sound bar which it doesn't appear to. I pointed this out to the employee and tried redirecting the conversation towards what I originally contacted Verizon for. When I asked for the third time how I was supposed to get the echo promotion redeemed the employee ended the chat and disappeared. So now I need to know please for the love of god how do I redeem the echo I was promised for free.
