Google hub and Nest Redemption

I received my email after 65 days of service with FIOs and cannot redeem my products. At first the link in the email sent me to the page that told me my redemptions aren't ready so I was only able to "learn more" and now they're completely missing and no links assist with this topic even though everyone seems to have the same issues.
