Dear all members! This is Stella from China. I found my credit card was used to buy a product from Verizon by fraud. Because me myself and my card never did that and we are inside China. From my bank information I can see the shop name is: Verizon Wrls D2393-01 Warren NJ US. Can anyone tell me which is this store and how can I contact them to stop my loss? Thank you!

Hi Stellayurong,
You need to contact your credit card company to report the fraudulent charge. They will investigate and handle the issue for you.

Thank you for your kindly reply, I had contacted my bank already to report for this fraud. Still I want to try if I can stop it from the seller.

This is for Verizon FiOS service.
It appears your charge was from a wireless store.
And given that you have seen charge, the purchase has already happened. So no way to stop it. Your bank will recover funds if/when they determine charge was fraudulent.
